The first hour of the service call out is included in the cost. Our technicians will first assess your system and let you know if the servicing or repair will take more than an hour or require additional parts. Touie Smith technicians will be able to get your system operating during the first hour of the call out 90% of the time. In the case where additional costs will be incurred, we will confirm this with you before beginning the service or repair. Our call out fee is payable regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the service.

It is extremely important for the coolant or Freon level of a system to be tested frequently. A loss of coolant or Freon can incur greater energy consumption alongside with damage to the system.
